As a result of the recent appointment of Judge Patrick DeAlmeida to the bench, the judges of the Tax Court of New Jersey will be reassigned, effective Tuesday, February 19, 2008, as follows:

Judge DeAlmeida: The following municipalities in Bergen County: Carlstadt, East Rutherford, Fair Lawn, Franklin Lakes, Glen Rock, Lyndhurst, Mahwah, Montvale, Oakland, Paramus, Ramsey, Ridgefield, Ridgewood, Rutherford, Westwood, Woodcliff Lake and Wyckoff

Judge Hayser: Hudson County, Union County, Essex County (only Newark)

Judge Kuskin: Morris County, Passaic County, Sussex County, Warren County

Judge Menyuk: Burlington County, Camden County, Mercer County, Middlesex County, Monmouth County

Judge Pizzuto: Remainder of Bergen County
